Terms of Payment
- Initial deposit of 25% of the total contract
price or Php1000, whichever is higher (non-refundable)
- 90% of the total
package during the event
- Remaining balance upon receipt of the edited
photos and video

Edited photos and video
- Copies of edited photos and
video in
DVD are available for pick up
by
clients one
(1) month after
the event at #9 Ricarte St. Phase 8 Brgy.

Pag-asa Subdivision, Imus, Cavite.
- The delivery of edited
photos and video may be extended depending on photographers’ and videographers’
workload as they are the ones who cover your events and edit your output as
well. JGA shall promptly advise the client of the new schedule of pickup/meet
up.
- We do
meet ups with clients only at the following
venues:
· Robinsons Imus
· SM Bacoor
· SM Molino
· SM Mall of Asia
· Alabang Town
Center
· SM Southmall
- Clients may opt to receive the DVDs through
courier where the cost is shouldered by clients. In this case, the output will
only be delivered once complete/full
payment is provided.
Albums
- Upon receipt of edited
photos stored
in DVD, the client will select a number of photos (depending on
the album
pages) for layout.
- Layout of albums will take at least one (1) month from
client’s submission of selected photos but may be extended depending on the
workload of our editor. JGA shall promptly advise the client of the new
schedule of layout completion.
- Once layout is finalized with the client, no
more changes on the layout will be entertained.
- Printing will take two weeks as advised by the printing
company.
Raw photo and video files
- If client opt to receive only the raw output, the raw photo and video
files will be available five (5)
days after the event.
Pre-event Pictorial
- The pictorial is max of two (2) hours.
- Transportation fee may apply depending on the
venue.
- The arrangement, coordination, and
reservation of location are client’s responsibility.
- Any incidental fees (e.g.
permit fee, entrance fee, and parking fee) that may apply are not included
in the package.
- Date and time of the pictorial
are still
subject to photographers’ available schedule.
Arrival time/call time of
JGA
- For weddings, JGA will arrive prior to the preferred call time of client but no more than 3 hours before the ceremony. For birthdays, debuts, and other events, the call time preferred by client serves as the official or start time
of JGA to shoot. Rest assured that JGA will arrive a few minutes prior to the
call time.
Exclusive rights

It is understood that JGA is the exclusive official photographer and/or
videographer retained to perform the services requested on this Agreement.
Guest and family members may videotape or photograph the event; however JGA
will have the first choice of camera locations. We ask that guest and family
members take photographs from the outer aisle as other flashes can set off
ours.
Food, seats during
reception, parking, and transportation
- Client
to provide meals for the team during preparation and reception.
- Unlike other persons
serving you on your event, we are with you for most of your day, because of
that, we request seat(s) at the reception.
- The client
will provide parking for JGA’s vehicle as close to the event venue as possible.
- For out-of-town shoots, the transportation
and accommodation
(if
necessary) are shouldered by clients.
Illness and unexpected
events
- JGA will not be liable to client under circumstances beyond its control
if its performance is prevented or impaired due to acts of Gods, including
adverse weather conditions and severe earthquakes, war, fire, or any other
matter beyond the reasonable control of JGA Coverage.
- In
the event of any unanticipated videographer or photographer illness, JGA shall
make reasonable efforts to substitute another competent professional. If
another videographer or photographer cannot be assigned, JGA shall promptly
return to client all fees previously paid by client, and shall then have no
further liability with respect to this Agreement.

JGA reserves the right to decline outdoor videotaping or photography in the
event of inclement weather. Client is responsible for providing alternate
nearby location in the event of inclement weather.
Retention of files
- The edited photos and videos are maintained in our server for at most
one (1) year while the raw photo and video files are retained for at most
3 months. After which, the
files will be deleted in our server.
Publicity
rights/promotional use of images
- The client agrees that JGA Coverage may use images from client’s event
for commercial use, including without limitation, advertising and promotion on
the internet, publication, instruction and professional competition.
Accidentally broken
equipment
- If any of the client’s guests accidentally or
intentionally break JGA’s equipment, the client will be liable to replace the
same type and brand of equipment or pay the current market price of the said
equipment.
